Due to its fibrous homogeneous construction, Club Range can be profiled, carved, moulded and routed easily, which is a difficult task with plywood. It has a higher density than local plywood, resulting in more strength and compactness. It is termite and borer resistant unlike plywood which is vulnerable to woodworm. Moreover, the Club Range is extremely cost-effective and comes at half the price of BWP Plywood, making it the perfect substitute for Plywood.
Club Range is made from perfectly seasoned and chemically treated quality timber and is resistant to termites, borers and fungus. It is generally recommended for heavy traffic areas and moisture-prone areas or very heavy furniture. It is a strong, moisture-resistant and denser material. Club Range is a composite panel product that is manufactured from compressed wood fibres, using state-of-the-art machinery and tight quality control measures, to give discerning consumers a product par excellence. The choice of raw materials coupled with quality checks at every stage of manufacturing makes this ply extra strong. These score high on tensile strength which makes these durable.
