Emblem WPC board is the perfect replacement for plywood and cement sheets. t is a green product certified by the GRIHA council. It is Polymer, Calcium carbonate, 30% wood particles, foaming agents and additives. WPC stands for Wood Polymer Composite which is a hybrid composite material. It is highly in demand because of its molding ability to form any shape and size. In India WPC manufacturers often add sawdust, wood flour, peanut hulls, bamboo, pulp or any other unused woodworking materials. It has a distinct mixture of natural wood and plastic fibers. The most advantageous factor about WPC is that it is completely made of recycled materials. These materials can be collected from wood product manufacturing facilities. WPC can be recycled in itself which means old and used WPCs can also be recycled to manufacture new ones. WPC boards have a high screw-holding capacity due to the presence of virgin polymer, wood particles and ideal density.
It is available in three variants Emblem Mass, Emblem Bliss and Emblem Steel. These are low, medium and high-density boards respectively. These are available in 4 standard size and in thicknesses 6mm, 8mm, 12mm, 16mm, 18mm, 25mm thick boards. Emblem Mass is suitable for Carcass, Vanity and protective layering, Emblem Bliss is ideal for Shelves, Drawers and Small shutters and Emblem Steel is suitable for Facade, Louvres, shutters and ceilings.
